Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We do not accept returns on sale items or underwear. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization or use the Return section in the customer portal. After receiving a Return Authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the reception of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

 

New, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs and transaction fees. All returns require an RMA (see below) and must be returned to the fulfilling dealership noted on your packing slip. To get started with a Return, you will need an RMA number before you can return your package. You can obtain an RMA # by e-mailing [email protected] or calling 306-244-7433. 
 

All items accepted for return will be credited to the original credit card used for purchasing the order. Returns are credited to the purchasing credit card within 5 to 10 days after receipt of return. The refund will be for the full value of the items returned, unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees and transaction fees will not be refunded to your credit card.

Customized or modified products are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Escape Sports does not refund the shipping costs of the original order.
